Obameter Tracks Campaign Promises

PolitiFact has compiled about 500 promises that Barack Obama made during the campaign and is tracking their progress on a Obameter.

Their status ratings on each promise are No Action, In the Works or Stalled. When something is "completed" the rating becomes Promise Kept, Compromise or Promise Broken. You can also look at all promises, or view by subject.

This is a project of the St. Petersburg Times.

Of course, their conclusions are not without controversy. In fact, their first Promise Broken post got a lot of critical comments. Hey, at least there's a dialogue.
