Blackboard's Next Generation

According to a piece titled "Blackboard's 'Next Generation' Software Gets Mixed Reviews" by Sophia Li on The Chronicle website, the most recent release of Blackboard's course-management system gets mixed reviews from users.

Blackboard released version 9 last year but a good number of colleges took a wait-and-see approach and are only now switching over. Schools often use the summer to do updates.
