Wikipedia: The Missing Manual

This is probably not so much an economic indicator as it is an indicator of openness.

The book published by O'Reilly, Wikipedia: The Missing Manual by John Broughton, last January is available as a paperback book and is listed in O'Reilly's catalog.

It is also available for free on Wikipedia itself. So, it's another good case study for that discussion about "what's your business model."
